BC.SPcon liquid – The solution for heavy foaming

 

During the decomposition of organic substrates in biogas plants, foam-active substances are released or formed as intermediate products. These substances can adhere to the rising biogas and lead to a stabilisation of the gas bubbles. These no longer burst, but accumulate on the surface. The result is the formation of a foam carpet which, depending on its consistency, can cause considerable technical problems if it rises to the level of the gas collection pipes.

BC.SPcon liquid displaces the foam-active substances from the gas bubbles, allowing the gas to escape and the foam layer to collapse within a short time. The spectrum of activity of BC.SPcon liquid is tailored to use in biogas fermenters and covers most substrates used in biogas plants. All components are completely biodegradable. This rules out any negative impact on the quality of the fermentation residue.
