Fermenter analysis



Our laboratory facilities allow trace element analyses using the most recent methods, e.g. iCAP spectrometry, and detect various parameters in the minutest concentrations.
The analyses determine the precise plant-specific requirements for the essential trace elements, and
using these, formulations are created for the process-optimising BC.PRO® micronutrient mixtures.




Performance spectrum

• DS, ODS and COD
• pH value
• Short-chain fatty acids (acetic, propionic, butyric and valeric acids
and their derivatives) and if required long-chain fatty acids,
(for example caproic acid) and acetic acid equivalents.
• Total and ammonium-bound nitrogen, calculation of free ammonia
• VOA/TAC value (ratio of volatile organic acids / buffer capacity)
