BC.ZYM – the innovative new development of specific multi-enzyme mixtures activates substrate breakdown in the fermenter when a variety of individual components are used.

The dosage recommendation is based on a prior enzyme activity test of the key substrates in our biogas laboratory in Wahlstedt. The most appropriate product variant is selected depending on the composition of the substrate. BC.ZYM is offered within the BC.PRO^® line for supplementation in fermenters with optimally adjusted trace element status or as a micronutrient building block.

The results of using the products in commercial biogas facilities are confirmed in studies by independent institutes: BC.ZYM products significantly increase the methane yield and improve the operational efficiency of the biogas facility.





To complement the well-proven granular BC.PRO^® micronutrient mixtures Schaumann BioEnergy has developed the liquid BC.TEplex line for use in fully automated industrial-scale biogas plants.

The BC.TEplex products are produced using the same successful concept at the granular products and are individually tailored to the specific requirements of each facility. The trace elements, protected in complexes, are non-toxic, non-caustic and non-corrosive. Maximum bioavailability allows low dosage levels, a prerequisite for supplementation of very large fermenter volumes.
